Returns


Jewellery and other products are non-refundable.

You can exchange goods that did not fit or receive a gift certificate for a similar amount within 14 days from the date of purchase / receipt of the order by mail!

Avoid contact of the jewellery with water, cosmetics (e.g. cream, spray, hairspray, perfumes, etc.) and household cleaning products.

For all jewellery, we provide a 3-month warranty.

SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original package.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Customs Policy
Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery. these charges are not included in the total at checkout. they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control.
*If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund*
